"My Allianz Moment" Contest

An exciting and new “My Allianz Moment” Facebook contest for staff, agents and the public which will run from 1-31 October 2013.

All you have to do is upload a 30 seconds video on your “My Allianz Moment” and you stand to win fabulous prizes for each category.

How to participate:

1. Create a video titled “My Allianz Moment ….. (describe the video)”. The video must be 30 seconds (or less) and must contain the word “Allianz” mentioned at least once. Videos not fulfilling these criteria would be disqualified.
2. Upload the video on Youtube.
3. E-mail to online.feedback@allianz.com.my with the following details:
1. The video link
2. Indicate Category A or Category B:
3. Full Name and IC Number or Passport Number (for Category A)
4. Full Name and Agent Code/Employee ID (for Category B)
5. Contact details and Mailing Address

All enquiries and submissions must be emailed to online.feedback@allianz.com.my by 11.59pm (Malaysian time) on 31st October 2013. Late submissions will not be entertained.
